Conner Larsen- Principal Rep
Conner was born in the Salt Lake Valley of Utah where he grew up skiing, climbing, and exploring the outdoors as much as possible. He started in the industry at Petzl moving from warehouse, customer service, and on to the sales team when in 2017 he hit the road for Texas to start End2End. He quickly fell in love with the quality limestone, easy outdoor access, and barbecue the south has to offer. His focus has always been to support dealers and the brands he represents from every aspect.
Marissa Binkoski- Midwest Rep
Marissa has east coast roots but a heart in Michigan, where she grew up. Her start in the outdoor industry began circa 2015 in Texas where she simultaneously managed and bought for a local outdoor store, was a tech rep on the side and taught backpacking as an adjunct professor. After exploring western North America the past couple years as a brand and training representative, she’s made her way back to the central US. In her free time you can find her climbing cracks, bagging peaks, bike packing, open water swimming, riding some type of board and hitchhiking!
Max Deisch- South Central Rep
Max is a Houston-based rock climbing professional with 15+ years of industry experience including coaching, route setting, guiding, business development and brand sales work. He co-founded shoe resoling and guiding company Lost Soles Climbing in 2009. His passion is creating community through climbing - both outdoors and indoors. He enjoys being outdoors climbing in all disciplines, running, cycling, and the occasional jam session on his bass.
Paul Terbrueggen- Data Analyst
Paul is an operations leader with 10+ years of experience between Amazon Fulfillment where he led teams of 25-4500 and Summit Climbing, Yoga & Fitness where he served as the Retail Director and then Chief Operating Officer for their eight locations in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas where he currently resides. An avid boulderer, he can often be heard claiming to be "more tall than talented" at 6'6". Paul enjoys all manner of activities, indoor or outdoor, especially when shared with his girlfriend Becky and two puppies Penny Lane and Lil McGill (but everyone knows her as Nancy).
