About End2End

End2End Outdoor was founded in 2016 to provide high-level representation for premium outdoor brands and retailers. Built on a passion for the outdoors and strong industry relationships, the agency focuses on creating long-term partnerships through hands-on support and thoughtful market insight.

What started in the South Central region has grown to include the Midwest and Great Lakes, allowing End2End to support brands across a broader and more diverse retail landscape.

A small team with deep roots in the outdoor industry.

CONNER LARSEN

Owner / Principal Rep

Conner Larsen grew up in Salt Lake Valley, Utah, where he spent as much time as possible skiing, climbing, and exploring the outdoors. He began his career at Petzl, working in warehouse and customer service roles before transitioning into sales.

In 2016, he founded End2End Outdoor, relocating to Austin, TX to serve the South Central region. As the agency expanded into the Midwest and Great Lakes, Conner moved to Red River Gorge, Kentucky, where he continues to build relationships across the territory while staying closely connected to the outdoor lifestyle.

IAN SILBERMAN

Ian grew up in North Carolina, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors, spending time exploring both the mountains and the coast. While studying outdoor recreation at Appalachian State University, he began his career as a trip leader and snowboard instructor.

After graduating, Ian moved to Steamboat Springs, continuing to teach snowboarding in the winters and lead adventure trips in the summers, while spending his free time climbing and splitboarding. He later moved to the Midwest, where he worked as a buyer for a local outdoor shop.

Outside of work, Ian can be found biking, running, climbing, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and dog.
